    4. Pay the applicable connection fee

    Processing time for new connections is typically 7-14 working days after approval and payment.

  • How do I register as a supplier to the municipality?

    To register as a supplier:

    1. Visit the Supply Chain Management office at the Civic Centre
    2. Complete the supplier registration form (also available on our website)
    3. Submit required documentation (company registration, tax clearance, BEE certificate, etc.)

  • How can I access my property valuation information?

    Property valuation information can be accessed through:

    • The Valuation Roll available at the Finance Department
    • The municipal website under the Documents > Valuation Rolls section
    • By requesting an extract from the Valuation Roll at the Rates section at our offices

    If you wish to object to your property valuation, forms are available at the municipal offices or on our website. Objections must be submitted within the prescribed period after a new valuation roll is published.
